DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Your dietary requirements

Here you can fill in the dietary requirements for up to 8 people at a time. To avoid misunderstandings we have put together a list of how we interpret the most common diets and allergies:

• Vegan: No animal derivatives, i.e. no red meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs or honey.
• Vegetarian: Lacto-ovo vegetarian, i.e. no animals, but dairy, eggs and honey are OK.
• Pescetarian: Seafood, dairy, eggs & honey are OK. No meat or poultry.
• No red meat: No pork, beef, lamb or game meat. Seafood and poultry is OK.
• Pregnant: We follow the Swedish Food Agency's advice. Please let us know if there is anything else we should avoid.
